Our Organisational Design and Implementation Practice comprises a dedicated and highly experienced team of industry professionals that are sought out for their end-to-end delivery of enduring solutions to complex and intractable problems.

Our specialists work with clients using a thorough co-design framework that identifies desired benefits, defines the outcomes needed and analyses requirements and considerations. We use that analysis to collaboratively develop a design focusing on functions, culture, systems and strategy to achieve identified outcomes. This ensures the design is fit-for-purpose and there is sufficient buy-in across the organisation for a successful implementation.

Practice Approach
Organisational design is undertaken by applying a coordinated process tailored for each client. Key to our success is initial engagement to identify realised and unrealised issues with the current state, collaborative development and refinement of the desired future state and ongoing engagement with key stakeholders throughout the process to ensure that the final solution is fit-for-purpose and buy-in for implementation is secured. In conjunction with our Strategic Procurement Practice, we regularly design and implement organisations that effectively integrate key suppliers within a collaborative working business management framework to deliver the full benefits of strategic supplier agreements.
